I am using windows 10 on my Lenovo x and trying to switch on the Bluetooth but I have been unable to turn it on I don't know why but no such setting is appearing in my computer. This thread is locked.

If you are not able to find the drives or devices in Device Manager also then definitely it is a driver issue. I would suggest you to visit the manufacturer website and download the relevant driver required and install the driver and check if the same issue persists. Unfortunately none of the techniques worked for me.
It's weird that I can't find anywhere a Bluetooth option in my computer although there is a Bluetooth symbol right next to my wifi symbol. This issue could occur due to incompatible, outdated or corrupted device drivers.

There is no Bluetooth in Device Manager. So yes, I am. I have no idea what the troubleshooter do! A message to restart my computer because of changes appears everytime I start the troubleshooter.
I've restarted my computer several times and nothing! The troubleshooter says the same "We've made some changes that should fix the problem, restart your pc for the changes to take effect Please, let me know if any additional actions are required of my side!
